Hi, I'm Watson Hawkins and I'm a residential appraisal trainee with Advanced Appraisal TN. Born and raised in Johnson City, Tennessee, I'm a University of Tennessee, Knoxville, graduate and have lived in Knoxville since 1997. After 25 years working in Media at HGTV / Scripps Networks / Warner Bros Discovery and developing a passion for real estate along the way, I'm fully energized to pursue my certification as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
I call Knoxville home with my lovely wife Kelly, also a UTK grad and surgical technician, and our two beautiful, boisterous daughters. As a family, we love to travel (NYC and Asheville are 2nd cities for us) play board, card and PS5 games and grill out. My other interests include anything vintage furniture, cars, music and clothing from the '60s and '70s, SoKno Bocce League at Southside Garage, Vols athletics especially home football games, and finding time with my friends.
